Franko's Pizza & Restaurant

Franko's Pizza & Restaurant is my favorite spot. I love these guys! Not just great food but they are like my second family! We have celebrated our birthdays and big events with Franko's for the last 10+ years.

Frozen carrot cake! No butter for the bread! I was wondering if the main course was cheese or pasta. Marinara sauce for the poppers? I did get three forks

Pickup, and Delivery. Plenty of parking places. Full menu of pizza, and grinders. Always delicious.

I REALLY like Franko's pizza A LOT. I don't say this easy as I am very picky in my foods. Franko himself is a bit rough around the edges and can come off as a bit rude and standoff'ish at times and is likely best to just keep it short with him. The other employees are great, never an issue. Now the food.. I do not know if they make their own marinara but still very good!!! Crust is always crispy with a soft center, sauce and toppings are always well proportioned. And the grinders are HUGE super bonus. My wife likes the fried clam strips & fish n chips. they sometimes can be a little oily but not too shabby, hit or miss. But it’s like that with all fried food if the cook isn’t cautious. The dining area is nothing amazing, but it's welcoming quiet with some cool racing and music Decor. And if picking up they have a cool little drive through window for quick and effortless pick up. They do deliver as well and usually within 30 - 45 min.ish prices are pretty fair and portions are good too.nnAll in all pretty good food, I put this up against Gus's, PizzaPizzazz, even Tony's Pizza in Willimantic. Now THAT is big Franko, Tony's makes their own sauce. Keep up the good work guys.nnI rated 4 stars because a couple of encounters with Franko himself (order mishap) were not the greatest, again not insulting not standoff'ishnnP.s. they RARELY mess an order up and pretty consistent. Now all they have to do it pat dry some of the grease off the pizza like many others are doing. The pizza would be BOSS!!!
