Always have positive experiences with the Mazda service team. Honest and open about what is needed now or potentially in the future. They typically have coupons online as well for service.

I recently purchased a Mazda from them and the experience was a solid good. Our dealer Dustin was great. Nice guy, polite, not pushy and was very responsive to my questions, which I had quite a few! I would have given them 5 stars but I wasn't thrilled with the experience with the finance manager. I think he should slow the process down just a bit and not be in such a hurry to get those papers signed and that person out the door. Other than that I would recommend them to a friend.

I purchased a brand new car with this dealership 2 years ago in May. When I received the vehicle it had a damaged bumper and I was rest assured that they would fix the vehicle. Numerous phone calls later the issue has yet to be resolved. I was then told that they would issue me a check so I could have the vehicle fixed at a Mazda dealership closer to were I reside. 2 years later and I have never received a phone call back to numerous messages left. I had numerous conversations with the owners son who is the manager and he never stood by his word. This is an awful place to purchase a vehicle!!! DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

Purchasing my vehicle was a great, and smooth process, however, the service department was a bad experience. I initially dropped off my vehicle to have a faulty remote starter replaced, but later called to just have it removed rather than replace it with the same type of starter that likely also wouldn't work. We asked if the car would be ready for pickup that day, and the manager didn't know and said he'd call back letting us know. He never did. The next day we were told it was ready and went to go get it, but I noticed that the car had only a 1/4 of a tank left of gas when I am very confident I left it with above half, and someone also messed with the cruise control settings. I have never touched the cruise control before, and if they were only moving the vehicle to the service department, it'd be pointless to mess with this. We were led to believe that my car never left Central Mazda, but that wasn't the case. Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. I should be able to know where my car is.
