3 stars for security guy. Nice & cute. The chick behind the window....
They took us in 1 hr before appt. Waited about 45 minutes before we were given a door. 30 minutes later our light was red. 3 hrs from start to finish. Not bad at all!!!
Not always terrible when I come here but sometimes its god awful. Crazy late fees, crazy wait times, monopolized lumping(you cant do it yourself). The friendliest person there is the guard at the shack. Narrow not much space to maneuver trucks. No over night parking which sucks cause itd easy to run out of hours waiting on these people
5-7 hours of unloading time!
