Town of Killingly public water supply reservoir and watershed property.nnThere are a couple of trails here, decently maintained, but no blazes, and an additional trailhead on Pratt Road. Trail goes from Pratt Road generally north towards Chestnut Hill Road, with a branch that splits off to the right and circles the northern shore of the reservoir.nnThe left fork continues north toward Chestnut Hill Road, shadowing a brook and a couple of glacial deposit drumlins.nnGates on either side of Chestnut Hill Road to block motor vehicle access to the trail. The trail continues north past the edge of the town of Killingly property, with several side trails branching off. It's not explicitly clear where the Killingly Watershed property ends, or ownership of the trail past the boundary, though there is some land trust property in that general area.nnProbably about 2 - 3 miles of town property trail all told. Nothing remarkable, but a quiet area with some views of the reservoir. Icy in winter.
