Everyone at the gym is very welcoming. Different rooms and weight setups allow for a vast variety of workouts. Switched from a big market gym and its so worth the extra few $ a month.
I really can't say enough about this JPF. It's met and surpassed all my expectations. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. Josh has taught me so much and continues to each time we meet to train. I'm just so thankful to have found a comfortable, well equipped place to take care of myself. This facility deserves 10 stars in my book.

I recently joined this gym. Owner is very friendly and his dog is a big baby that loves to hang out! Great atmosphere and people. NonPressure. I belonged to all the other local gyms and like this one the best hands down. Highly recommend
