I chose Arts auto after hours of research on local auto shops and seeing absolutely no negative reviews of his business. After having him fix my car, I see why. Not only is Art honest and trustworthy but he explained everything to me in a way I’d understand. He told me exactly what he was going to do and approximately how much it would cost. He let me know what could wait and what couldn’t and called me when he found a serious problem I wasn’t aware of. He spent time shopping around for the best deal on parts and saved me a pretty good amount of money. Connie was fantastic. She explained the measures they’re taking to keep their customers safe during this pandemic, which I greatly appreciate. Both Art and Connie were very personable and professional and I think they go above and beyond for their customers. I also appreciate how quickly my car was fixed. I highly recommend Arts Auto and my family and I won’t be taking our cars anywhere else.

Outstanding service!! Had a problem with the starter on my girlfriend’s car. On short notice, they quickly took her car in and found the problem. One of the wires to the starter was loose. They connected it and addressed the issue in no time and At NO charge! Thanks!! I’ll be coming back for all my car needs.

Very honest and very professional. It's hard to find an honest mechanic to do the right work on your vehicle and not get taken to the bank. Art and his team are the best. Fair honest prices and great work. What more can you ask for...nWill recommend Art's to everyone...

My son is in the military and was under a time constraint looking for a place to bring his Camry. He originally brought his car to a mechanic shop in Rhode Island (name withheld) that tried to charge him for a whole new exhaust. My husband occasional works on cars so we knew he didn’t need it. So I begin searching the web for a mechanic. I read tons of reviews. I came across the reviews for Arts Auto. People kept mentioning that he was trustworthy and a nice guy. So I let my Son know about it. My son spoke to Art and we drop the car off. Can I just say that the reviews were 100% on point the guy is an honest mechanic. He deserves every bit of business that comes his way. PS my son also ended up having him put in struts that he had purchased prior to going there, for a very reasonable price. All I can say is see for yourself you won’t be disappointed. I hope this review helps.
