Ordered tires on Monday for appt for sat at 2. They never had tires there. They had to go to different store to get. No chip reader had to enter manually and that causes fraud alerts. Then had to wait while they were on phone to retry with my bank on phone. Asked another Associate if he could retry and he said he was busy. I would have been totally fine if they didn’t act that way. I also held open for another associate and didn’t even get a thank you. Tire job good customer service awful. It’s pretty much I could see how they enjoy the control over you. Pretty sad. This is the First review I have ever taken the time to write. So you can imagine how poor customer service was.
My second visit was only $ 6.34 to have a nail removed & a patch plugging the small hole left in the tire. Very happy! Completely opposite my initial 3 star review for stem pressure sensors replacements.
Been coming here for quite awhile, the employees I’ve spoken with seem miserable, are all rude, and have no personality at all. Very understaffed location. Never answer the phone. They’ll tell you your vehicle will be done in 2 hours. You better be ready to wait 4-5 hours. No matter how busy. Honestly, I don’t think I could say one good thing about this place other than the price match. But then hit you with a $25 per wheel just to balance. Better off buying your tires online and having your work done elsewhere.
They broke the stud off of my tires and did nothing to fix it or compensate me. Basically told me it was my problem and that it was fine to drive on.
I never have had any issues when I go to the Dayville Town Fair Tire. I am confident that I have tires that will keep me safe thanks to Josh. Based on my driving habits, and needs, I got great tires for me. They were installed quickly and easily. Great customer service!
