Went to see Mike because my transmission pan and shifter shaft seal was leaking. He was extremely professional and addressed the issues I was having. I wish I would have looked up Mike's shop sooner. He takes the time to educate you on what's going on with your vehicle and answers any questions you may have. Thank you Mike!
Can’t express how professional, and how nice the people are at mike smith trans, had a performance transmission built by these guy after hearing great things, and man is it good, a few small issues after driving for a few weeks but they took care of them no questions asked. That says a lot about customer service, especially nowadays ! Thank you mike for a stellar trans ! Will definitely bring the rest of my trans services and rebuild here from now on.
Said a fix was going to cost one price, then said earlier in the day before getting the car that it was going to be a different price and then when going to pick-up the vehicle was a third price. And was told that something wasn't broken yet ended up getting fixed at the end. Would give more of a 2.5.
