I have always received great service here and tonight was no different. The staff and management do all they can to ensure the happiness of all their customers. Tonight, when i forgot to order sauce for my daughter's fries, they handed them over with a smile and a wave goodbye and goodnight. I have been to this establishment many times on several shifts and am always greeted with kindness.
Now I understand it was lunch time but I had very simple order of 1 lrg fry, 2 big mac's, and 2 sweet and sour sauces. Both mac's had so much sauce my bread was mush and they forgot the sweet and sour sauces. I went in to talk and took over 5 min to get anyone attention and when I did got about 3rd of what I had to say out and was cut off rudely and passed off to some young kid who I imagine just started because him fixing the problem was giving me the 2 sweet and sour sauces I paid for plus one free one!..... completely ignored my complaint about big mac's and request for them to be replaced
Lucky to even get 1 star. Need to train better. Menu clearly says buy 1 get another for $1 and the one taking orders dont even know about it
