Do not go to this Jackson Hewitt. The owner is unprofessional and extremely rude. After an extended time of not receiving my tax return, I called up this office and the owner was giving me false information and stating he had me confused with another customer. After having paid over 300 dollars to have my taxes done, I would have expected more help when figuring out why my tax return had not arrived after over 6 weeks since having them done. He just kept telling me he couldn't help and I had to call elsewhere, and eventually he hung up the phone on me, very rude and unprofessional especially having paid such a high price for a service.
I filed my taxes there past two years. its always someone different, they have no clue what they are doing and completely unorganized. I would not recommend this place to anyone to get your taxes done
I called and asked how much it would cost to get my taxes done they asked me a bunch of questions and I answered amd they said oh it will be $48 and you will get $50 back on in a card we give you. I said ok and made an appointment. AFTER the woman did my taxes she asked if I wants to pay now or have ot taken from my refund I told her I would just pay it now thinking it was $48 well uhh nope sure wasn't when she say there and told me I was gonna cost me $376 I dann near lost my breath and because she had already submitted everything I couldn't change my mind. I was lost for words and on top of it I got a letter in the mail saying a mistake had been made on my tax papers this place is HORRIBLE!!! If I could give them negative stars I absolutely would!
