I've been dealing with eastconn for about 2 years now. Have noticed they are very unreliable. Some days my kids will get home 15 minutes earlier other days they will get home 45 minutes late with no call. It is very nerve-wracking as a parent to sit and wait for your child to get off the van and not knowing where they are and why they're late. There's been also a few times where school started and my kids haven't even been picked up yet. The drivers though are very nice.
