I've been going to Bowens for 20 years now. I bought over five cars from them. I only own Fords and the reason is Bowens. I absolutly hate to go car dealerships and get pressured or to go to auto repair shops and get taken advantage of. If there's one thing you can know about Bowen's is that they will never do either. Steve and his family are wonderful people, honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone without hesitation.

Steve Bowen and all who work here, are honest and trustworthy above all. They have advised me more than once about the right thing to do when a regular mechanic might try and sell a costly repair. My family has bought over six used and new cars over ten years for my self and five family drivers. Bowens has saved me thousands of dollars on cars!!!nnThere service is affordable, dependable, and with any questions I have ever had, I felt like I was doing business with a friend who was looking out for me. Exceptional quaint New England family dealership. Took car there for a recall. Service was prompt, work was completed with no issues, and the staff was friendly. They are my go to garage. Highly recommend!
Honest and fair. In fact I live in NJ and drive more than 200 miles to have repair work done or to buy a car because I know the work will be done right and I won't be overcharged. I'm surprised to see anything less than 5 star reviews here, I guess some people just don't know a good thing when they see it.
