Luis was exceptionally personable and helpful. He explained each step, and described in detail what he did to diagnose and fix the tire, and showed the tire to me. Provided recommendations based on current tire / tread condition. Realistic with time frame to diagnose, and then to repair. This was a stressful day for me that got turned around very quickly with his demeanor, helpfulness, & efficiency. I will absolutely recommend services and will return when work needed. Very grateful and impressed.

Ordered tires from here a few weeks ago for a great price. The guy who installed them was nice and polite. I had to come back a few weeks a later as one of my tires was leaking air and he fit me in immediately and took care of the problem super fast. Will absolutely get my tires here from now on. Also, love the Latin music playing while they work! :)

They are not on the same page I tried to get my tires changed her to a different set of rims last yearThey didn’t know problem they charge me $36 I was like wow that’s a great deal this year I called back to do the same thing being a BJ memberI figure this is the best deal in town but this time I spoke to five different people and they all told me I was crazy that they don’t do that type of stuff around here that these people must of been scared to tell me the truth that it’s not OK to change these tires I left these people and I just couldn’t understand I showed them the paperwork they still didn’t care they seem to treat me as if I was crazy and I was making of some type of story these people need to get their people and check this is uncalled for and very unprofessional they turned away money and a good paying customer for future purchases and I will take my money elsewhere horrible business

I had a great experience at the BJs in willimantic at the Tire Center. Long story short there was a misunderstanding with the purchase of winter tires and I would be charged for getting my original tires placed back on my car, once my winter tires (purchased at BJs) came off. I was confused, but I figured that $9 dollars a tire want too bad so i did some shopping. When I returned to pick up my car, the tire center representative had gone out of his way to bring over a manager who covered my expenses for the misunderstanding. I was very happy with this and will be returning in the future for all tire questions and concerns.
