the first time I called was Tuesday, and the employee who picked up was super friendly and nice, and told me to expect a call back to schedule my free estimate in a day or two. the call didn't come, so I called back today, Friday, and unfortunately the owner was extremely rude and basically made it clear that the job was not worth his time. after being barked at by him, I called Manchester glass and they are sending someone out today for a free estimate. sad, but I will not being recommending them based on this experience.nnEdit: Manchester glass did an amazing job and I can't recommend them enough!

Fixed up a broken basement window for us. Did a very nice job.

They do not get back to you so you will have to follow up. Slow to complete the job that you pay for up front. Also encountered a rude employee there.
