My husband and I wanted to trade in our rogue for a truck and found a great deal online so we ended up going there to check it out. Michele was our salesperson, she was very friendly and helpful. They really tried to work with us and it was such an easy process. We thought the service was so great there, we ended up telling my parents about them and they are now in the process of buying a jeep from there. I would highly recommend!

I was looking to lease a new Jeep and went to Capitol on the recommendation of my son. Best decison ever! Mike listened to what I wanted in a Jeep and found the perfect one. They delivered the car to my house and I live over an hour away and took care of returning my other vehicle. Would recommend. I'm impressed.
I referred a buyer to Capitol Garage for the purchase of a vehicle. During the sale negotiations, I was promised a $100 referral reward. It has been 7 weeks, 3 telephone calls and 2 emails since the purchase of the vehicle and I still have not received the promised referral reward. Each time contact was made to the dealership and salesperson, the reward was again promised and an excuse was given for the delay.nI would be cautious when dealing with Capitol Garage because, sadly, they haven't lived up to their promise to me.
2 stars because the service staff were very pleasant and informative when I asked questions (although only 2 people were wearing masks during this pandemic, but that’s not relevant to this review). Otherwise it would be 1 star.nn$75 for an oil change and tire rotation on a Jeep Wrangler? HALF that price was labor. On top of the $1700 quote for potential fluid changes.nnI went here because I was told oil changes were affordable and reasonable and it is much closer to work than the dealer I bought the vehicle from, but this is anything but that. The labor charge alone for this was the same price I paid for rotation and oil change at the other dealer.nnI did have a past issue of scheduling a test drive and showing up and the vehicle currently being bought by another couple. I decided to continue looking at their used stock and was up front with the salesman regarding my budget, yet he was VERY forceful and ignored my budget by trying to sell me new cars. Not impressed.
