Needed my Sunday fix
I stopped at this McDonald’s due to the fact that the one in Mansfield is closed for renovations. I ordered a simple Big Mac sandwich with a 10 piece chicken nugget. Once we got to the window the girl working the window told us to pull of to the side which is exactly what we did and waited. We noticed we had been waiting almost 30 minutes now while every other person in line were getting their big bags of their meals and we still hadn’t gotten ours. I called but no answer I honked but no one acknowledged me so then my boyfriend went up to the window and this girl gave us nothing but attitude, real nasty. And then we still had to wait for our food to come out. Their customer service is beyond terrible at this McDonald’s which is why I usually go to the one in Mansfield. Don’t have employees with nasty attitudes like this lady at the window.
The other McDonald's in town does a much better job. Meat is always fresh and they remember to give you napkins. This location is not run well. They forget normal toppings like mayo and put too many pickles on things that are not McDonald's standards. I can't wait til construction finishes at the other McDonald's so I can start going there again
Terrible experience here. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes watching the right lane of the two lane drive through speed on through while the left lane just sat there taking 1 order for every right lanes 10. Recently coming here this location misses a lot of things such as napkins and straws. And sometimes misses things such as no pickles on a sandwich. Can't wait for the other location nearby to open back up!
Not busy at lunch time today. Quick drive thru. Even had time for desert.
