Exceptional 5 star customer service provided by AAMCO of Manchester,CT. Stephen St. Germain “AAAMCO-GO”conducted mobile diagnostic service on my car parked in the driveway. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t mind answering questions regarding possible issues with my car. After discussing what needed to be repaired, I decided to have it towed to the Manchester location. The mechanics did a great job as well. They completed the brakes repair/replacement, oil change, transmission fluid change, and inspected my exhaust system. After discovering there was a minor leak in my exhaust, they notified me of the situation. We all decided it would be best to fixed the other issues and I would schedule another visit for the exhaust portion. John(Exhaust Mechanic) installed the pipe, showed me the end result, and explained how he completed the repair. John even mentioned if it was a little too loud, I could come back and we would look for another option. Additionally, Thanks to Mary(Front House Manager@Manchester Location) for coordinating everything: ordering parts, contacting me with updates/repair notifications/ pricing for parts and labor, and ensuring we all were on the same page. Overall, I greatly appreciated Stephen St. German(MasterGo Tech), Mary(Manager), John(Exhaust Mechanic) and the rest of the staff & mechanics of AAMCO Manchester for their time, efforts, and expertise. Plus the repairs were affordable too. I’m a very happy 1st time customer. Thanks to them, I also have a peace of mind as well. Thank you!

Bottom line - they don't know what they are doing, please stay away from them as far as you can. If I could give 0 stars I would.nI went there well over a year ago to replace transmission at the work thus far seems OK. However, during the process they drained the transfer case fluid and never replenished it. As a result they offered to replace the transfer case. A few months later the transfer case started leaking and crapped out, which they replaced at their expense but now I have another leak shortly after and I am out of warranty they provided in the first place and they suggest that if this transfer case needs to be replaced yet again it is on me. I don't believe this is the right way to fix the problem they caused in the first place. Therefore, if you agree then please stay as far from them as possible.

I love AAMCO! I will trust this place for anything car related. They came out to my house and ran a free diagnostic on my car and the tech was super knowledgeable and friendly. My car needed further inspection which they did for free at their Manchester location. Once the issue was found they called me to let me know my options. They tried the cheapest options first, which anyone can appreciate! Their transmission fluid flush pricing is totally reasonable and I felt totally taken care of. They even ordered me a Lyft back home since the service was going to take a few hours. 100% would recommend and go back!

They were so nice. Very efficient and found the great price for me. They actually made me feel liked there cared about to trying to spend much. Very professional and even came to my house to do a check on the car first.

This staff was courteous respectful and kind and considering and bless you all that's all that matters
