Shop is a joke , arrived approximately 3 pm checked in for a pm on my tractor, was told it was going to be 1100 pm when I could get in, I said that's fine , then at 10 pm was called and was told it was going to be be 1:30 to 2:00 am , here it is 4:10 am now and I had to call them and was told wasn't going to be at least another hour before I could get in. I'm sorry but after 21 years out here on the road and dealing with these truck stops coast to coast this has got to be the worst service I have ran into yet. Definitely not coming back here. They don't want the business that's fine.

This TA is staffed by friendly people (at least the third shift staff) cashier to the young man outside in zero degree weather 1/31/19 near 5:30am emptying trash bins conversing with me about the state economy.nThis TA has everything you might need while on the road from souvenirs to first aid kits to work jackets to boots to dining choices of the restaurant or a BK or Dunkin donuts.

Paying at the pump is a cumbersome process, and the pumps click on and off at random. Very frustrating! Lots of amenities on site however, including a very good diner

Best spot to pull over and have some rest if you are heading east bound or west bound. With plenty to eat and do around..

Big place. Truckers, Don't come here expecting to find a spot to park for free. 80% of the lot is reserved only.
