Loved it the first time. What happened? The pizzas have arrived cold, half raw, without sauce, toppings or cheese ...even when I mentioned it when I called in last. As I said, the first time was great! But I've been burned now 3 times. Forget it. I don't pay for garbage. And the attitude of one of the people on the phone. Do you WANT to go out of business?
It has been recently remodelled. Feels nice and cozy inside. Friendly staff and clean place. Fried chicken is a bit oily and salty though
Terrible!nThe last 2 times was a complete wash.nOne time, the oven wasn't working properly, so it was late and uncooked.nWe waited a few months, and today we tried again. 8/2020nThey are apparently doing renovations while trying to cook food.nI asked for extra sauce and got NO SAUCE.nWe called them up and they drove to Manchester with another pizza.nIt has sauce this time, but the toppings sucked so we threw it in the trash.nWORST PIZZA ever.nBack to good GINO'S PIZZA on the East Hartford/Glastonbury border.nThey never disappoint and the 20 minute drive is worth it.nVery authentic pizza and Italian dishes.
I ordered a sausage mushroom and onion PizzanThere was VERY LITTLE sausage on it. This is the second time. I paid $20 for a pizza. I won’t orderor or buy anything from them again. Rip off!!nI would suggest you order from somewhere else.nWhere’s the meat!! Lol. Not at Paul’s.
I hate to write any reviews but this is where I landed just by reading them. This place is a nightmare. The pies arrive cold and dripping with oil the cheese is cheap so it drenches the bread and it peels off the pie. It’s probably dangerous to eat that. They really need to change the way they make pizza. It’s local but I’ve honesty went to bed hungry cause they’ve let me down too many times. I hope they change their process and foods
