I've applied for disability several times over the years and was never able to get past the first denial because I'm incapable of dealing with the stress of the process. After applying this time, I wasn't sure I would get it because I'm borderline disabled. The work that attorney Mr Prucker and his receptionist, Terry put in was great. Never once did I worry about the process. Prior to my hearing; he filed a Pre-Hearing Memorandum, that really boosted my confidence. He hit every relevant fact. In spite of being border disabled, the judge granted my request.
