My son has been going here since April of 2018; he was 7 weeks old. He truly has a second family at Djs. They are caring and helpful. I appreciate the owners and all the staff that are there. They are always kind and smiling. They take yearly school pictures which I love as I get a school picture every year since we was born. He comes home with all sorts of crafts and learning pages. It's a great place and I'm glad we are apart of the family!

My child does not go here but I do their marketing. Every single person I've spoken with here has been so friendly. Dan and Debra are both amazing and when we were putting together their site and having our conversations the passion that they share for the children is truly amazing. I don't have kids, but if I ever do I can only hope that they go to a preschool like this one.

I have been sending both of my daughters to this daycare since they were 3 months old. I have never had a problem or issue with the owners, staff, or neglect of my children. My oldest daughter loves going and asked to go see her friends on days she doesnt go. Living in vegas with minimal family support this daycare has been a god send to me and my husband.

I worked at DJ’s Pinecrest location. My daughter attended the main location on Arroyo. I worked for them from August-March. When I interviewed for my position, I was made out to believe this was a family business and we there were a family. When I started working there, they asked me and my coworker I was hired with if we saw any issues within the company because their turnover rate was so high and they were blaming another employee, who is still there. In my time there, I experienced the same bullying stated in previous reviews from previous employees. The owner is the most unprofessional, disrespectful and greedy human you will ever meet. She is not in child care for the children. She is in it for the money. The owner had yelled at me multiple times in front of other parents and staff. One of the times for being “late” to pick up my child even though I paid for her care and was only there 20 minutes after I left work. In my time there, I was NEVER written up or even brought into the office for any kid of disciplinary issues. Kelly never had any issues with me but stated it was just her mom who “hated me because of another employee”. This company believes that because it’s theirs, they can talk to and treat people however they want to with no regard for them or their feelings. I went from paying $20 a day as needed after care was received to being forced to pay $100 a week whether my daughter went or not. If I was off and paid for the day, she was not allowed to go to school. More often than not, I picked up my daughter with snot all over her face and always starving. As someone who worked there, I know exactly how things work. They throw away food your child doesn’t eat, they rush them through meals and don’t allow them water if they haven’t brought a water bottle. And if they have a water bottle but it’s empty they won’t let you refill it for the student. The mother and daughter team play both sides of the fence in any situation to better suit themselves. The daughter would allow me certain privileges and then ask me to Lie to her mother. They will nickle and dime you for any charge they can. Anything they can put into their pocket. The parents who know and knew me, know I was in this job for their kids. They will lie and tell you teachers have been working there for years but their turn over rate is so high because of the mistreatment of employees. The only employee who has been there over a year is stuck there because of her arrest record. Every teacher there speaks poorly of management. The one positive review on here was written by an employee who is still there. Do not send your children here. I left because I could no longer stand the treatment I was enduring and the treatment the kids continue to endure.

I worked at this company In 2018. I’d have to say when I was interviewed i thought I was walking into a mom & pop business. It made me feel like I was at home and I would be taken care of. But that was not the case. This place is ALL about the money. They charge crazy fees and tuition fees for ALL ages. The children/employees are forced to go outside over 100 degree weather. They do not allow water bottles outside for the kids. They did provided metal water fountains that would be so hot durning summer. There isn’t a lot of shade out in the play yard either but we weren’t allowed inside sooner than an hour. They would leave kids unattended walking to and from bathrooms and while they children used them throughout the day. They would also demand and yell at the kids instead of teaching them out of love. The owners talked/ treated their staff so unprofessional and cruel. Always yelling, always putting them down, there was never pleasing them even if you met their expectations. I even told a parent some of the things her child would endure throughout the day and they would be IRATE with me for bringing it to the parents attention. They didn’t send sick kids home or make a courtesy phone call unless someone made it a big deal and brought it to their attention. We never were in ratio. The facility was barely cleaned other than by the teachers themselves and theirs not a lot of time for that with their strict schedule. I feel like this company could of been way better especially because they “say” the represent Christ. This was not a Christ like place. And I wish I could show all thbe parents the truth behind the fake smile and gestures!
