Glaziers has always been kind and helpful to my mother. I live out of state and rely on them to take care of her, and they always do. She absolutely loves the representatives who come out to see her, and is always happy with her order. Whenever something has not fit right or she didn't like it, Glaziers gladly fixed it. I keep my card on file with them and always call up whenever Mom needs something, usually every couple of months thanks to the nursing home losing her stuff. They are attentive, honest, and pay attention. It's so nice to know that there is a reliable shopping service so dedicated to taking care of her needs, and many others like her. I will always use Glaziers, and strongly recommend them for anyone else in need.
EXCELLENT. A rep came out to talk with Mom, took her measurements, discussed fabrics and colors. We ordered 2 dresses. Mom likes them and we are going to order more this week. Great service and very reasonable prices.
DON'T DO IT!!! They came into the facility, took $85 from my mother saying they have to order them since they did not have her size, and then NEVER GAVE HER them. In fact, not only did they steal her money, they refuse to admit they may have made a mistake. No receipts, no slips, just a broken promise after taking these poor resident's money. SHAME ON YOU!!! And my mother was NOT the only one!!!
