My experience with Olender's was amazing! I dealt with Service Advisor Brittany. She explained everything before I dropped off my car so I knew what to expect. She called after the initial inspection to report any potential issues with my car. The work was done quickly and was reasonably priced. I truly felt like a valued customer. I will definitely be coming back.
I brought my car to Olender's to repair the rear bumper from a fender bender. Ben was taking care of me as the Progressive rep, he was kind, friendly, talked to me in a manner I would understand and helped to ease my stress and anxiety. They were VERY timely and the car came out AMAZING. I cannot say enough good things about the service provided. HIGHLY Recommend!!
The process was seamless. Great communication by Brittany throughout, even live updates via text message, and some humor as well! I was very impressed and will be going back to them again whenever needed.
I recently visited olenders because of a mechanical issue i was having with my truck.They properly diagnosed the issue,and replaced the part.Brittany kept me informed of the repair as it was being done.Ken Talked me thru the details of the repair and any other questions i had.Olenders is the best auto shop around!
