So let me just say, when I first called to order my new scooter, the staff there was absolutely amazing , super helpful and happy. They originally told me 7-10 days for the delivery- I received it in 5!!!!! There was an issue I has due to myself, and Kyle was rite on top of resolving the situation with me every day for quite some time now. He took the matter into his own hands and helped me tremendously, I couldn't be more grateful. I recommend these guys to anyone and all! You for sure will be just as happy as I am with the product and ESPECIALLY the AMAZING customer service from Kyle and all of his staff! Can't wait to get riding again ☺ufe0f

FINALLY! I’ve been trying to post a review on this site & hadn’t been able to for quite a while. What was happening was after I chose how many ⭐ufe0f , the site would just kick me out. But I’m going to take advantage of this opportunity :)nSo I purchased my very 1st scooter ever at the Vernon location during the height of the pandemic & although it was very busy, the service manager was very friendly & accommodating. Now I had been here on 2 other occasions because my son had purchased 2 scooters from here previously, so I was already familiar with the establishment & the service. But I knew what I wanted when I came & was shown my options & had things explained. I ended up buying a scooter & I was shocked that I was able to pick it up that same day! ud83dudc4d. Now about a 4-6 wks later I came in unannounced because my breaks were misbehaving a bit & I was helped immediately & really only waited about 30 minutes or so while the mechanic checked everything out & realized that the breaks needed to be bled because there was air in the line, but that short wait was so worth it which because it’s really not often that you can receive service like this on the spot & during what had been an insanely busy time for all of the employees there. I was incredibly grateful. These guys here are really amazing. Really friendly, super knowledgeable & happy to help. Honestly, if you’re searching to buy a scooter, dirt bike, quad, etc. you’d be foolish to go anywhere else. I have all my scooter services done here because I trust the mechanics & I never feel taken advantage of. So thanks guys! You’re really a great team!nAllyson Costello

Scooter Pros is the best. They were super busy and I had to wait about a 1/2 hr but it was totally worth it. I had to park at tractor supply because the parking lot was packed! This told me I was at the right place to buy a scooter. I feel bad for them because they said since the pandemic started they said they can't keep up and everyone is stuck at home and they all want scooters. Makes sense, that's why I bought mine!nWhile I was waiting there must have been 20 other people who were buying scooters and ditbikes. They took great care of me and I could tell that they really care by the way they treated all of the customers before me. Kylenand the entire crew took great care of me and took the time to explain everything I needed to know and more. Thanks for the honest education and great old fashioned service. I love my new Genuine Rough House and I will be back. Stay safe and keep up the great job!

Perfect experience, they took care of me from the moment I got there till pick up. The scooter I wanted the color and I had a very close time frame and still they had everything ready. Michael made the purchase a easy choice couldnt ask for better. He had knowledge for every question we had.Great guys, from the sales floor to the builders working hard in back.
