Erbert and Gerberts

I ordered curbside and I say there for 5 minutes after the order was due. So I went in, which defeats the purpose curbside. And because I ordered online I added a 20% tip before I was even served, hoping for good service. And my order wasn't even ready. The staff was listless and broken down. This location is circling the drain and I am sure will close soon. Oh and the food was cold. How do you manage to serve cold food AND be late. I will go back to the one on 25th.

Ordered on line. Gave us a time of 605. called and the lady was rude when I asked about our food. It was clearly 25 min after our scheduled time. 650 Still no food! Not happy Now it's been 1.5 hours. Poor service still no food. Will never be back.

Love Ebert & Gerberts subs, but my favorite thing there is the beer cheese soup!

This place is trash!! Ordered online, got my food and there was none of the extras I order on my sandwich, which cost extra! I called the store to let them know I either got the wrong sandwich or they didn’t make the sanwhich correct and the guy asks me to hold and puts me on the phone with the person who made my sandwich. Of course, just to tell me I’m wrong and then says it’s gonna be a 45 min wait for me to get a new oneud83dude11 also didn’t even refund me for the sandwich, worst customer service ever.
