Love the day olds, and even the sandwiches. Enjoy Jimmy John's every day even at home.
This place needs more employees. I ordered online and 20 minutes later went through the drive through to wait another 10 minutes only to be told my one sandwich order hadn't been made yet and that the gal was the only one working. Nothing against her, but the owner needs to hire more workers.
Sandwich and service were both good.
Slow. Very slow. Average wait per car in the drive thru was about 10 minutes.
Ordered a sandwich at 12:15. It is a Monday, so shouldn't be too busy, 1:30 p.m. and no sandwich. Just called the store and they said they were about 30 minutes behind on delivery. Thing is, it's been over an hour for me. It would have been nice to be notified about the wait time when ordering my sandwich initially
