Did a fantastic job fixing up or car after some severe damage to the front bumper. Looks like new. Very professional, kept me informed constantly throughout the process. They handled the insurance company for me, I just had to pay them the deductable at the end. Highly recommended.

Last year I got into an accident with a taxi which destroyed my front bumper, fender and right rim cap. This year I recommended through my insurance to go to this place and man did they not disappoint. They replaced the damaged parts and refinished it with the paint and my car looks as good as new again. The staff was great and I had an individual (I will not name for their privacy) who reached out to give me updates about the repair status of my car until it was ready which I really appreciated. It was a one week turn around and I am grateful for the mechanics taking pride in their work.

I can't say enough good things about Johnson Auto Body. From the first phone call with Renee, through the updates about the repairs and picking up my car, the service was always professional, timely and so helpful. I was a mess and couldn't think straight and Renee took care of everything. She took charge of getting a rental car, towing, talking to the insurance company, updating me, everything. My car looks brand new. You would never know it was in an accident. It was repaired within the time frame promised and drives like it was brand new. Thanks a million to Johnson Auto Body. If you have to be in an accident... make it easier on yourself and go to Johnson Auto Body.

Johnson auto body has always restored my car to how it was when it was brand new!!! They always do great work and if you don’t go to Johnson auto body for your car then idk who else could do a better job!!!

My son was in a bad car accident that totaled our 2009 Honda Civic. Johnson Auto Body now has the car at its shop. We chose this shop because of the outstanding reviews. Well, we can add to that. Being that he is an out-of-state student, they have been incredibly helpful. Renee responded to my email on a Sunday night and was super helpful with information on how the process works in Connecticut. Even though we believe that the car is a total loss, they have been very patient (over two weeks) for allowing the car to sit there while we sort things out. The estimate they did send was meticulous, accurate and completely fair. They respond quickly and are just simply good people. I am grateful that there are businesses out there that our ethical and helpful. Without question, I strongly recommend them. You will be in good hands with them.
