I ordered a carrier from Mike it’s from a 2005 grand Cherokee… It was ordered July 19. It is now August 3 and UPS apparently lost my shipment about four days into the travel from Connecticut to our customer. Mike told me they refused to refund my money until they get their part back. this seems like a simple claim with UPS and not really my problem… I did not contract them to do the shipping however Bills Auto Parts in Tolland Connecticut did. I need a $350 credit immediately please let’s resolve this as I have a customers money tied up.
