Gym is far too expensive for the machines and resources available to members, other gyms in the area are quite literally half the price per month with comparable if not far more equiptment . The gym is run by college kids, who I must say do a good job, but there has been zero sign of the owner in months. There are multiple machines that have been out of order since before the Covid Shutdown. The owner is also somewhat aggressive in his emails, some newsletters seem to attack members who have not been frequenting the gym. Since reopening I have only seen one employee actively keeping the gym clean, with all other employees seemingly nonexistent during workouts.
Just the right workout apparatuses to meet all your needs. Very friendly and professional staff. I always look forward to going to Stafford Fitness.
Stafford Fitness is a fantastic gym! The employees go out of their way every day to answer any questions and demonstrate proper technique on all of the new equipment!nHow many gyms have you been to where the employees are constantly cleaning?nAll the members are friendly, helpful and encouraging! This is a “No Judge” zone! A great place to meet friends and work out!nStafford is lucky to have this great gym in town!
Stafford Fitness is truly the best gym I have ever been a member of. The owner and the staff put a ton of effort into providing access to well-maintained equipment and quality fitness classes. Whether you want to pursue your goals solo or in group classes, Stafford Fitness has the resources and expertise you're looking for.
I had to switch gyms December 2018, and Mike welcomed me to Stafford Fitness with open arms! The gym is clean, well maintained, and has an inviting atmosphere. I go on a regular basis and enjoy my time at this gym. Thank you!
