I had called to place an order for a part needed for my car, Dan said he had placed the order and told me to stop by 330-4 for the truck with my part. Come to find out never placed my order and had to stand around for an hour wait for the truck that was behind just to place the order again.

Earlier today, I came in with a vehicle I recently purchased, around 150 miles from home, and a popped coolant line. I forgot to catch their names, however, the two employees on the closing shift went above and beyond to put me back on the road. I couldn't be more grateful.
