Best experience I’ve ever had at a bank. I opened a new account everything was so thoroughly explained. I have nothing but great things to say. Horrible!! My friend gave me a $30.00 check from her bank which was Key Bank so I went in and gave my two forms of ID then was told since I didn't have an account there my cost to cash it was , get this, $7.50!!!! I said for what?? The check is from your bank!! That's your bank check. Now I went in there thinking I was gonna open an account since I just moved to Stafford springs CT but after that rip off, I will do my banking elsewhere!!!! I never ever heard of such a thing. No wonder why those banks are always empty.
Banking with this local bank had been easy convenient and safe can't ask for much more
