Since the merger began, I have had nothing but problems w this bank.nIt is disorganized & the people who are holding authoritative positions are unapologetic.nAs soon as the quarantine is over, I'm leaving this bank.nThere are 4 people (Jennifer, Brian, Olivia & Ishmal) in this branch that have been helpful or apologetic for the issues I've had to deal with.nThis customer service is un unacceptable.nF**k this bank.
