I used this office to handle my taxes and was given poor advice which ended up costing me hundreds of dollars in penalties and fees from the IRS, and who knows what it may have done to my credit score.nWhen I took my case to another accountant and told them nothing of Persano's recommendation, they gave me the correct advice with my taxes within minutes.nIn speaking with their offices about this, not once was I treated with respect. I was instead rushed through the conversation and pinned with the blame for having simply done what I was instructed to do in the first place.nDo not use this company. Instead take your business to someone who is both knowledgeable and compassionate, because neither quality can be found here.
