Highly recommend this garage! My son is a student as UCONN and was having car trouble; had to have the car towed to the garage. They handled it in a very timely manner, were very helpful, honest with their pricing (I know this because I called around to compare) and really went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would give them 6 stars if I could!
As a women I often dread having car issues and having to deal with a garage. In the past I have always left places feeling unsure if I was being scammed or not. Since working with Roy and Storrs automotive I have forgotten all my fears about car repair. I have felt every interaction was professional, and I was able to get all of my questions answered without judgement. Everything has made perfect sense and the work has been done timely and for a fair price. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt I had to support this local business and express how happy going to this garage has made me and my family.
