At approximately 12:05pm on Wed, July 4th, 2018; I attempted to deposit three $20 bills into the branch ATM at 95 Storrs Road in Mansfield Center.nnThe cash acceptor opened and I was able to ‘feed’ $60.00 into the ATM. The acceptor closed and attempted to process but turned red and an error message was put up on the screen.nnThe ATM made further sounds as though it were attempting to return the $60 to me but it failed and instead the screen read: “ATM OUT OF SERVICE” and I was not able to reclaim my money.nnI attempted to call however they chose to close completely for the ‘holiday’ and leave their customers with no safety or security protocol in the event of any emergency.nnI can now only send emails and leave voicemails and hope that I am able to recoup the money stolen by the faulty ATM.nnI will be closing my account and I am never doing business with them again.
