I, along with many neighbors have used Dave and his staff for many years. I reached out recently to have him repaint my upper 2 floors while my house was under construction for a crumbling foundation. They did an outstanding job in two days! Meticulous to the nth degree. Dave has done a several rooms for us in the past. Because of the high quality work at reasonable prices we had him back to paint a couple of more rooms. From prepping to finishing and cleanup his crew is top notch. Very personable from when they arrived and introduced themselves to thanking us for the work on their way out. They treated our furniture with care when moving it and made sure the area was spotless when they left. They even labeled the partially used paint cans so we could use it in the future for touch ups if needed. We highly recommend Preferred Painting Services for any of you painting needs.

I first had Dave come out to my house 3 years ago to do painting and repair work. The painting was good and the repair work was just Ok (it since came back). I recently had him out again about 6 months ago to repaint 1/2 the upstairs of my house and requested eggshell paint (the paint that was used prior). I found out last month that the paint was not eggshell that it was flat and NOT washable (paint came right off the wall). I emailed Dave several times, called several times and even had my wife call and he blew us off and gave us the run around. He painted the walls in flat paint rather than what we asked for so we had to have another painter come out and redo the walls to fix his mistake. This cost us time, money and aggrivation and in the end Dave never fixed the mistake he made.
