This place is amazing, everyone there is nice and really helps you out, if you've never been to a gym before this is a great start.

Clean and friendly staff. Not crowded
Gym wasn't bad when I was a member, however, you need to watch your payment method after cancelling, apparently for years. I cancelled my membership almost 3 years ago, and out of the blue they've decided to start billing me again. No response to calls or emails. Billing company says nothing they can do and that the gym needs to handle it.
Great gym here in Ellington and with an outstanding staff. Trainers are knowledgeable and personable and push you to find success. You get what you pay for and 24 hour access, small town feel, you get value for your $$.
