Kim Newman is a fantastic trainer and has helped me grow and accomplish my physical, mental, and health goals over the past 2 1/2 years. Her expertise in training, yoga, and nutrition makes her the total package! You can’t get this at the big box gyms.
I love The Revival Room and Kimberly Newman! Kim truly cares about her clients and tailors training programs that work for every individual. I have been a client for 3+ years and can honestly say Kim has made a huge difference in my life. Both physically and mentally. Kim has become a trusted friend I can confide in. Can't say enough great things about The Revival Room. Friendly staff, diverse yoga/fitness classes and fantastic massage therapists all at a very reasonable cost. Kim, the owner, is truly passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves and that is apparent in the variety of classes and wellness services she provides at her studio. Try out a class and see what this place has to offer. You won't be disappointed!
Great local business offering a variety of services from personal training to group classes to massage and reiki. I enjoy training with Kim, and taking barre and yoga classes. I’ve also had a great time at special events such as glow in the dark yoga and sound meditation. Very glad to have The Revival Room in town.
