Prescriptions are never ready on time. They tell you to come back in 20 minutes and when you do they haven't even started on it.nnThe 24 hour CVS on the other side of town is outstanding fill your prescriptions there instead.

I have been to several CVS' and I recently switched over to this branch hoping to have a better experience. The pharmacist and assistants are rude, disrespectful, and don't listen. When you ask a question it's not a collaborative exchange to get to the solution but rather their behavior and facial expressions make it clear that you are putting them out to assist you. They don't listen to the customer. Rather, they continue to repeat the same thing and then inform you they can't help you. When did we lose the concept of customer service? Without customers, there's no business. There needs to be more sensitivity and respect toward the customer.

I've never had an issue with the store cashiers, but the pharmacy employees at this location are unfriendly and incompetent. I tried to refill a prescription that I had already gotten at this exact pharmacy before, and was told my insurance wouldn't cover it now. After an hour ordeal of calling my insurance company, being told that's incorrect and CVS just didn't know what they were doing, and having to talk to the pharmacist who had a rude, couldn't care less attitude, I ended up going to the other CVS in Vernon. They were able to refill my prescription in less than 5 min no problem and said this location just didn't want to put the effort into doing it correctly. I'll never be back to this CVS location again!

Pharmacy staff is beyond RUDE!! One young lady in particular with the glasses and red hair. I wish I had gotten her name off her tag. Normally I would disregard such an attitude and brush it off as someone just having a bad day, customer service isn't the easiest of jobs but this has happened on at least 4 separate occasions with the same employee that now I feel I really need to say something and I'm even considering calling the corporate office.nThe last time she refused to answer a simple question in the drive thru and instead snapped at me and told me if I have a question I needed to come inside for an answer. I only asked for the phone number of the specialty pharmacy that they had supposedly sent my prescription to. Fine...if there were cars behind me I suppose that I could accept that but I was the ONLY person in line. All that just to go in get the number and find out that the specialty pharmacy they used doesn't even carry the medication and it couldn't be filled. I constantly get texts that my scripts are ready, I go to get them and no one knows anything about it. They often tell me that I owe a large amount for my scripts when I have 2 EXCELLENT insurances and NEVER have a copay. Then I'm told that they only ran it through one insurance and they have to run it again and to come back in 20 minutes...seriously? That had happened to me more times than I can count with them. I dread going through the drive thru because I know that I'll end up with the same snappy b****. She throws the clipboard into the drawer, doesn't open the window to speak to you and snatches the clipboard back without a word. Other than asking your name and birthdate she says nothing else during the entire transaction. Definitely going to switch pharmacies.

I am going this CVS Rockville last 7 years but last friday the front counter lady name Kelley she is very rude and attitude me and my wife surprise .CVS not hire these kind of people who's racist and rude because if this happen again they lose the long time customer .if some supervisor or manager want to contact me I tell him whole story.
