I came in to have the zipper on my coat replaced, from the moment i walked in, until i left with my favorite coat i was treated exceptionally by the staff there.nThe results were excellent so happy with how my zipper turned out, they made sure it matched my coat and that it was good quality. I will definitely return and recommend Swiss Cleaners & Uniform Services.
I came in this morning to talk to someone about a couple things I needed done in the near future . Despite the weather the manager was there ready to help not only on time but willing to help me ten minutes earlier than the store opened ! This company really welcomes you and will do as much as they can to accommodate you! They truly care about their customers and making you leave satisfied. I have been to this location before, the past team members were not so welcoming or eager to insure everything would be done on time or even insure it got done correctly and was double checked . I will start coming to this location from now on instead of the cleaners I currently go to . Wonderful improvement.
The two young ladies in the front were excellent. Their customer service is second to none. Very helpful. I plan to recommend my family to Swiss service.

Very Unprofessional, they get you under the contract (3 years) but never delivered what was on it. When questioning why items are not delivered, you are being told that you signed the contract for 3 years and we have you for 3 years. They are very nice when signing the contract but be aware because it will change when contract is signed. Worst company that I made business with.
