Bad Costumer Service, Guy with nail polish in a pony tail is very rude.
The store it’s self is fine however the pharmacy is the worst I’ve been to. Two times in the last three weeks I’ve had to use their pharmacy drive-through and the wait is mind-boggling. Once you get in line you are basically stuck there and both times the wait exceeded 30 minutes. Anytime I’ve had to use this pharmacy I’ve regretted it. The staff is nice hand professional but nobody wants to sit in the drive-through for 40 minutes. If they are going to continue having a long wait times they should think about removing the island for the second pharmacy lane that isn’t being used that way people can leave.
Horrible service. The last three times I left a prescription here they didn't have the drug and they made me wait at least a full day. The last time I went they charged me over $100 for a drug that the insurance didn't cover. The pharmacist actually lied that the insurance paid part of it and charged my wife full price. Then they wouldn't let me return it after my wife picked it up though the bag was still stapled shut and I came back in less than a half hour. Watch out for the Indian immigrant scammer working here.
Wht is it with lil kids working they are very rude i feel like it should be grown adults working who know how to be responsible at work smh to lil boy at Walgreens
Pharmacy personnel are inputting wrong information charging wrong insurances told them eight times contacted my attorney on this if happens again will proceed with a formal complaint .
