Always clean, plenty of washers and dryers to go around. The only thing I would be leery of is their in house card system for using the laundry machines. You can't use cash, credit or debit cards in the machines. You have to use one of their in house cards, and you have to use cash to get one. There's no name or account number associated with it, so zero security. If your card is lost or stolen, you're just out however much was on your card.nBut here's what happened to me... I had around $6 on my card, and somehow I managed to damage the magnetic stripe on the back. I could use the card at the money machine, but the washers and dryers refused to read it. I explained the problem to the cashier on duty at the time, but with no luck. Even if you prove your problem, which in my case equalled the cost of one wash, you're told very clearly that there's nothing they can do about it. In other words, once they have your money, they have your money and there's no getting it back. I figured something like this might be a problem a year earlier when I started going there, so I made sure to never have any more than the cost of one load of laundry on the card at one time. $6 isn't normally a whole lot of money, but there's a principal at work here. Add that to the fact that money is a little tight right now because of the pandemic in the country for the last few months, which is further exacerbated by being disabled and trying to just get by on a fixed income. Finding the money every week to do a load of laundry is tough enough as it is, without paying for and not receiving it. You also can't use change, credit or debit cards in their card machine, so all it takes is dollar billls, and their pricing structure for the washers and dryers is such that you can just about, but never quite reduce your balance to $0.00. The price of a wash is $5.59, so when you first get your card, you have to put at least $6 in the card machine. They couldn't make it $5 or$6, or even $5.50. Even $5.75 would be a little easier to swallow. Anyway, the washer will then deduct the $5.59 wash from your card, leaving you with $0.41. If you want to do another load, you have to put another $6 on your card, because adding only $5 to it will only leave your card with $5.41, not enough. So, now you have $6.41 on your card, you put the card in the slot on the washer, it deducts $5.59, leaving you with $0.82. Tbis goes on and on, and is further complicated by using the dryers, which have their own weird price structure.nThis isn't necessarily a bad thing, just make sure to ready yourself for the eventuality that your card will fail, because it will fail at some point, and there's no way to transfer the balance to a new card. Other than that one sticking point, it's nice, it's quiet, it's clean and it's spacious. There are several pretty decent sized tables for sorting and folding, plus the customary detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheet machines.
