Absolutely phenomenal service, brought my car in for a suspected headlight out and an oil change, they found a critical electrical error that I had completely missed. Despite the unexpected service, the entire process was very easy and pleasant. Barbara kept me advised throughout the entire service and advised realistically on what was needed, I never felt the push you typically get for unnecessary/superfluous service working with auto repair shops. With all that, the customer service continued when I received my car back, with the interior completely cleaned (the condition I provided the car in was, frankly, embarrassing) and all systems were fully functional again. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received and will certainly be bringing my family cars to Deane's for the foreseeable future.

Barbara and Bob are awesome! Not only are they experts in their field but they educate you on what doesn't need to be done, what you should be thinking of long term vs short term, and aim to be your consultant in maintaining your vehicle. Can not recommend enough

This was my 1st dealings with Deane’s I’d seen their Facebook posts & liked that they are Local to Tolland.nRight from the 1st callback & thru out the entire process, I was kept well informed with courtesy calls that were very detailed and informative.i never once had to inquire about my vehicle! There was no pressure and was given a few cost effective options. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was washed & vac’d! Barbara’s is very pleasant & knowledgeable about the mechanics & repairs which set my mind at ease that I had made the decision to Use their business. I also received texts, emails, & calls to communicate & send detailed estimates for repairs needed as well as “recommended” future service to address at a later time.nI’m so relieved to find an excellent auto repair & mechanic & family owned & operated business in this day in age.

In the last month we had two vehicles in for service and repairs. And as usual I had a great experience.Just like all my other visits over the last eight plus years and counting. Bob and Barbra are great people. Bob is a top notch all around mechanic and Barbra is very efficient.They are honest,do excellent work,at a fair price and stand behind their work.I recommend them at every opportunity and wish I found them sooner.Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Great all around experience. Brought our E350 moving, box truck to them for the first time. They checked over the vehicle and found items that needed repair we were not aware of. They provided an estimate of the proposed work and then performed the work in a very timely and professional manner. I appreciated the quick and thorough response to our needs to limit the down time of our vehicle. Online payment was a breeze. Would highly recommend them.
