Sierra Moses Our sales woman was excellent!! We were very impressed on all her responses to our emails and phone calls. She gave us her word she would get answers to our questions we had about the car and financing. We were extremely impressed after finding out she had only been with Scranton Motors since July of this year!!nI feel Scranton hit the jackpot hiring Sierra.nChris Champagne in Finance department was also excellent at matching and beating my interest rate with another source I was dealing with. He also did everything he could to make us happy. He took the time making sure we understood everything before we signed our paperwork. Salesman Dave and Liz were nice, helpful and answered all my questions quickly. I did experience some issues when taking delivery and of course all paper worked was signed. I think it warranted a manager to come over but none did. Also the Scranton VIP was not honored and said points are through GM.

Everyone was super nice and very friendly and professional. Everyone new there job and did it well. nonone tried to pressure us into buying something we didn't want. we love the car and are so happy we decided to go to Scranton Motors to buy our car. It was a great experience. Thank you all who helped make our buying experience a pleasure
