This is a great company with superior customer service. They are supporters of the local community, and provided a storage unit for the Coventry Youth Basketball League at a reduced price for many years.
I stored our Jaguar F-Type car in their facility last winter. The facility is both clean and secure with easy access 24 seven. Management was very pleasant to work with.
We found it necessary when selling our home to rent a climate controlled storage area. Coventry storage fit that bill. They are kind and professional, lending assistance all along the way. Their team is very helpful and it’s very easy to get in and out of the unit whenever we needed to. We highly recommend Coventry Storage.
Even the small units are big, and the climate control storage units are amazing. The staff is so kind, the manager, dee, helped me find a unit that is right next to where I can park to make it convenient. She walked me to my unit, showed me where everything was, helped me pick out a lock, and gave me some boxes (they sell boxes) to help put my things in! 10/10 highly recommend!
Very nice people, Highly secured, Very clean, Feels at home. My rate stood the same for 1 year, instead of it being changed every 4 months. I recommend this self storage to everyone.
