I have been using Rapid service for years. I called about my water heater. And they were able to come the next morning and replace it that same day. Ozzie is always honest about what is needed. Andy came with Ozzie to install the water heater. These are very professional men. And do a wonderful job of servicing there customers. Thank you again for quick response.nnAl Garrard

Buyer beware. Look elsewhere for service. Rapid service incorrectly installed a water heater for me only 4 years ago that already failed. I paid 2x what I should have then. Even though the water heater is warranteed by the manufacturer, they will not stand by their work when questioned about labor price and opportunity to talk with the service manager. I'm not one to write reviews, but owe it to my neighbors to help you make a better choice than I did.

Since the wife and bought our home in Columbia, CT we have used Rapid service many times for planned upgrades, maintenance, and the unplanned emergencies for plumbing and electrical. Andy usually responds to our calls and he has been nothing short of a miracle worker on our 1800's house with all its quirks and challenges. Rapid Service is well priced, honest, transparent, and quick. Every technician that has been to our home (Ozzy, Ryan, and Andy) has been kind, professional, and up front about current needs and anything we should watch out for in the future. Rachel in the office is always friendly and prompt in getting us on the schedule. We have, and will continue to, send our friends to Rapid Service for quality, fair pricing, and a reliable relationship with professional tradesmen.

Very dissatisfied. Over charged for priming my well and changing a pressure valve. Tried to tell me I needed to replace my entire well system. After getting 3 more FREE consultations that all said I just needed a new foot valve and jet body assembly. I was charged a very reasonable fee, which was mostly labor. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!!
