This dealership is first class. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. When I ran into a minor issue with my new vehicle they didn't hesitate to make it right and considered my convenience in the process- allowing me to have the work done close to home and submit a receipt. I don't have a lot of experience with car dealers. Also, I probably bought the cheapest car on their lot, but Scott was helpful all along, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Car had everything inspected, cleaned, and drives great. If you value your sanity, I'll suggest giving them a try.
Buying my Audi Q7 here was a seamless process. There was no pressure sales tactics and they responded to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The vehicle was detailed to perfection brakes and rotors were replaced oil was changed and full tank of gas and floor mats were provided.. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for used European vehicle. Brian, Scott, in Dick we're all a pleasure to deal with.
