Being new to the area and after having a terrible experience with Desmond's, we needed to find a repair shop that we could trust. We couldn't be happier with Broadway Auto Services. They have now worked on our old SUV several times and they are honest and trustworthy. There were times when they could have charged us for more services than we needed but Bill has always tried to take the most economical approach first which we truly appreciate. The crew is very pleasant and they do a good all around job. Highly recommend this service facility, glad that we finally have someone we can trust.

You always expect the worst when you bring your car into a repair facility for he first time, I was waiting for that up sell call anxiously.nThe phone rings after the diagnosis, “which happened very soon after we dropped it off”nBill actually talked me out of a brake job that I had requested because it was not needed! Amazing!!!nHe also explained that the other front end repairs he had found that was needed and gave me options and recommended a minimal repair that would give me everything I would need, very nice! And unexpected.nI still cannot believe I was back on the road that day! And confident that everything was handled wellnAnd at a very reasonable cost.nI feel good now that I have a great repair shop close by to handle the things I cannot and won’t worry about getting Over-sold extras that I really didn’t need, the truth is what’s important and sold me and convinced me that I would not hesitate to call them the next time I need work done.nIt was a pleasure to go there and end up feeling like I met some real hometown people!nThank you Tom.nThank you bill.nGreat job!
