Love going here to get my oil changed. They are always so nice and informative. They let me know why my check engine light was on and what they could do to help. Even printed me out an estimate for future work/maintenance that I need done to my car, with no pressure on using their services : )
The establishment is very clean and the manager is very friendly and professional. I was impressed by their attention to detail. The technician found two faulty lug nuts which the GMC dealer missed. I have told my wife and son to have their cars serviced there. Great service.
From the initial phone call to Paige to picking up the car they make it as easy as possible. They are honest and thorough with their service. I recently went in to have a safety check done and my rear brakes were not good. Paige sent over photos to show me what was going on which was very helpful. It's hard to find people in this industry you can trust but I truly trust this center.
What a positive experience! The oil change and inspections were done in a timely manner. The waiting area was impeccable and the desk staff was efficient and helped me get the best deal possible. Information was passed on to me with a written report and estimate of additional work to be done. I will return here for my future service needs.
Very friendly and personable. Was all done the same day even though they didn't realize how bad the problem was until after I dropped off my car. They also tried to, and did, save me money wherever they could.
