Very relaxed atmosphere. No pressure from representatives at all. They addressed my concerns. Respected the COVID safety guidelines. Provided a good tutorial of the functions of the vehicle. The finance representative was thorough and offered, but didn’t press us for additional coverages.nThe only reason I didn’t rate a 5 was they didn’t budge on the price but based on my research I considered a fair price to begin with.nI would recommend this dealership to anyone and would go there again for another vehicle.
Tremendous experience with the Sales Manager Frank Portanova. He helped me out when I was over miles from a previously leased jeep from another local dealer. The other local dealer wasn’t willing to work with me while Frank and his team were so quick to act. They got me into a new Jeep at a great rate within a few days of reaching out! Couldn’t be more grateful for them. Highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a good experience with a good dealership. I will be using them again for sure!!
Bought my dream Jeep from Troiano last week. I’ve been looking for since February so when I saw it on their lot, I knew right away. Overall satisfied but for the $32,500 I just paid Troiano, the 30 minute detail job they did was unacceptable. I had much higher standards and that thing should have been spotless!
Absolutely excellent service! I have never felt like “just another customer” as other dealers have made me feel. Trojano is different and in a category all it’s own to where I can definitively say, don’t even bother trying elsewhere.
